Earning power for CDL-A company drivers at WEL Companies:
- Mileage Pay: Earn up to .71 cents per mile
- OTR experienced drivers guaranteed $1,000/week
- Dedicated guaranteed pay: $1,050-$1,175/week based on working 5 consecutive days
- OTR guaranteed pay for cadets: $900/week for first 3 months; $950/week after that until 1 year mark; $1,000/week after that!
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A License
- 2 years of solo driving experience
